  • ½ a teaspoon of powdered cinnamon

Preparation

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, anise seeds and cinnamon in a pot over medium heat, then add the water and mix again. Add the milk next and reduce the heat to low then simmer the mixture for 5 minutes and add more sugar if you like. Drink the corn juice every morning and you will surely feel and look much better soon.

Here’s an alternative recipe for corn juice that’s often used in Panama:

Ingredients

  • ½ a cup of corn flour
  • 4 cups of water
  • A cup of skim milk
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 5 teaspoons of sugar
  • ½ a teaspoon of powdered nutmeg
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

Add the corn flour to a cup of water and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight. In the morning, take it out and add the cinnamon, then let the mixture boil, lower the heat and mix until you get a smooth texture. Add the other ingredients next, simmer for 5 minutes, then leave the mixture to cool down and put it in the fridge for 8 hours.

Drink this amazing mixture 3 times a day with some vanilla and nutmegs and you will definitely improve your overall health.
