Prepare Avocado Seeds in This Way

When you decide to eat avocados next time, do not throw away the seeds. Instead, wash them and dry them using a paper towel. Next, put them in an oven to bake them or in a dehydrator. You need to heat the oven to 1200 C (2500F). Bake them for about 2 hours until the outer skin of the seeds cracks. Throw away the outer skin. Then, cut the seeds into pieces and blend them.

You can roast the powder or use in in its moist form. However, they will last longer if dry.
